There is a huge price differential between Manhattan, Buffalo and Lake Placid.There is such a huge difference in each city, and neighborhood, that it is hard to say all of Florida would work for you.Personally, I love Ocala, its smaller and slower than Orlando and there are some great deals on real estate here with a very hot rental market. 

I live between Central Park and Riverside Park on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with everything available to me at any time of the day or night.

You couldn't pay me to live in a Manhattan penthouse, yet people pay 7+ figures to buy some of them. 

time horizon for payback (and length pf partnership) will also be factors.

The property in Manhattan was transferred from the owner to the irrevocable trust on behalf of the owner.

Looking for a good contractor that has experience doing low cost apartment renovations in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn.  

Because I know a lot of folks debate what the South Bay is, as I understand it, we are talking about: Torrance, Palos Verdes (and RPV, Rolling Hills), Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Gardena, Hawthorne, Carson, Lawndale, Lomita, Harbor City, Lenox, and Inglewood.

Would love to know if anyone can share a REIA club in the 5 boroughs or Long Island which they have had a good experience at..Looking to join a club.. hesitant because one of the clubs in Manhattan appears to be selling services rather than educating...
