Basically, we need to figure out the tax game before we can really set the vision for the company which will then guide our actions.

You have the vision- that is such a key factor in an individual's success in any business- but I think your time will be better spent acquiring real-life work experience which will build the foundation for your future REI career.

Lot of lessons learned from that.1) read the person as best you can, they need to take notes, if they don't they will miss things forget things and it will create a situation for you both.2) know what your flip vision is, down to details like how you want trim cut, wall texture, etc3) NEVER Pay up front.

Your time matters, your goals matter, your visions matter, your aspirations matter, YOU matter.
