Most I know fully disclose what they’re doing, the risks to the homeowner as well as the benefits, and will actually tell the homeowner id\f they think the homeowner has a better option.

If your intent/interest is not in buy and hold and you find a better use for the funds by selling then explore that option.

Assess market trends, financing costs, and ROI for each option.
