And it's normal to want to put the muscle on our tenants and fly off the handle.  

A bad website is like an anchor around your neck - load speed, functional forms, rendering on all devices, or you find out with the next Wordpress update that it completely breaks your site because the developer edited core files to get the look they wanted.

I was doing a couple hundred a month on my own when I started out, and even that was a big pain the neck.

Oh, well if its all buried in the slab well thats a pain in the neck much more labor-intensive vs having a basement I would leave it.
