I realized that RE will enable me to build wealth and in a consistent way (rentals) over time better than other options.I love the fact that there is a high leverage option and if carefully selected low(er) risk.After 18 years I still have not found another way to use leverage that can help build wealth.It requires patience and attention and it is not "noise" free but all in all . . . steady way.

I signed a lease which stated very specifically -Quiet after 9 pm and no more than 2 guests per bedroom and he has his girlfriend plus 4 kids there-Lets girlfriend stay there all day while he is gone-I now work from home and cannot focus due to noiseHis lease is up August 31I have mentioned the noise level and he has been a bit argumentative saying he isn't playing music and just having conversation but I can hear baby screaming and them having sex. it is horrible.

Having one thing to get done and taking the time to do it allows you to remove the noise and do the most important things.I would really be interested in a planner that takes your one thing and then once you have gotten that done, you can cross off the other things on your list (the to-do list smaller items).
