I understand some cities will put you on auto-dialer and make fine threats, and that the police assist in removing signs, so Friday evening to Sunday evening still isn't safe.

“Insurance is not covering mold related litigation.If someone falls through your stairs and the court finds you are at fault because of the nature of the structure or maintenance, your insurance will likely not cover you at all (this is an internal “threat” to your rental and other assets).

The mobile home was paid off years ago, but at the time of the sale there was an old lien still on the title from a previous mortgage company that went out of business so part of the contract stated that there would be 120+ days allowed to provide a clear title to the buyer.Within weeks of closing the deal my parents started receiving complaints and threats of a lawsuit from this lady's daughter because she said the home was in worse shape than they thought.

Our crazy tenant must be housing  refugee kids running around while having nightly concerts in our condo.....Condo Assn, want's our asses speared.landlord downstairs wants us crucified.downstairs tenants are extremely unhappy.Now, we've already given the tenants the last 60 day NTV.....BUT we're getting WORSE noise complaints and pretty much death threats from all of the above....What's my options now??
