People who still buy in Tulum today are hoping that Tulum will become another Playa del Carmen but that is very unlikely to happen for several reasons, the main ones being:1) Unlike in Playa del Carmen, it's impossible to buy a property close to the beach and certainly not at a decent price;2) Given Tulum's current and upcoming urban planning, it'll never have anything close to the 5th Avenue that made Playa del Carmen world famous;3) There is hardly any land still available for development in the area where visitors want to be in Playa del Carmen.

Plus, for years CA residents and visitors have complained about it being overcrowded, so I wouldn't take this as a sign of doom, more relief from too many people congesting the cities. 

Isn't that actually the more common goal and aspiration of the average BP visitor/listener? 

We had to cancel the trip because the governor shut all the hotels to out of state visitors.

That would give profile visitors the ability to see what interests that user the most. 

That is more visitors than Chicago, New York City, and Las Vegas.  

She has agreed on the letter to make the house show presentable by the end of the lease date and allow visitors in while she stays for the extended three weeks.  

There's always a hospital visit or wreck or death that causes them to not be able to pay. 

The unfortunate inconvenience is that since the bottom doorbell is lit up, visitors or delivery people for the 1st floor unit assume that is their doorbell (when it's actually mine).
