Yours I believe is in Tacoma.  

In our market the 1% of listing price, with a minimum of around $1500, also holds, for low-mid range houses.Our stager gives us a slight discount for volume/repeat business, but not much, as there are fixed costs with the movers, etc.

I especially like south King county and Tacoma as well.

I think Tacoma is a better market personally and for that reason I'm looking for a Realtor to list my duplex which is in N.

Sometimes I feel priced out of MY market, and Bellevue is much more challenging than Tacoma.. ha!

The markets I would target are the fort Campbell Clarksville tn ; fort carson Colorado springs co ; Eglin AFB ; Fort Lewis JBLM Tacoma wa and Fayetteville nc Fort Bragg areas.

I never seen them working during their tenancy over a year. - My second question is that can licensed mover company charge me full amount despite of having removed only one third of tenant's belongings from the apt. ?

The way it works her there is a list of court approved movers you can use to perform the evictions.
