I'm moving to MT from TX in August, I plan on investing the south-west corner of the state.

The south/west sides of our city have given us (nationally) a bad name and its unfortunate. 

I just recently moved to Southwest Florida from Houston, I'm a 27 year old with a professional 8 to 6PM job and I am hungry.

Southwest Chicago housing stock and businesses is almost a doppleganger of northwest side areas, but cheaper due to higher minority (usually latino) presence and general North side snobbery.

On the downside, it takes 3 months rent just to pay the property taxes.I have a duplex unit in Southwest Colorado, one unit has been vacant since December, but when the snow is piled higher than the windows, it is just a bad time to rent.

I recently purchased a property in the southwest section of philadelphia and was recently approved for a line of credit increase based on the value of the mentioned property.

We practice the southwest airlines model.

We are looking to expand our business (wholesale and flipping) into the Southwest Florida market and was hoping to hear some feedback from local agents/investors on the state of the market.

Sugarland and Richmond are both good markets on the southwest side of Houston.

I'd love to find an opportunity like this in Southwest Michigan.
