I used to hold my RE License but put it on hold to pursue a promotion at my "day job".

However, the time came when I was at that cusp point, and I went to my bosses boss, and said, "Look here's the deal, because I work 80 hrs a week, I am missing out on opportunities in investing, I either need to know that I will be promoted to make my time here worthwhile missing those opportunities, or I need to stop missing those opportunities."

With that said, it hit me this morning that promoting a 203k loan for this property just might help to get it sold.

I actually don't know how much I'll have saved each year with raises, promotions, unexpected expenses, good years, bad years, etc.

Gain financial experience.Make yourself a better businessperson to get promotions at your job.Buy a house (or a duplex or a 4plex) to live in as your own residence. 

I don't get any referral payment so you can rest assured I'm not promoting her because I get paid.  

Norada has been around for 10+ years too and I believe is vertically integrated in some markets and promotes in others.

I've never seen you give any solid RE advice on BP, just constant self promotions under the radar to advance your guru coaching. 

Individuals that actually lend to several people, promoting the business of lending are not really private lenders, they are hard money lenders, at that point, they need to be registered as a lender.
