@Sergey S.I doubt this is just a Canadian phenomenon.Many communities have zoning classes which emphasize single family dwellings and rather than permitting duplexes, introduce the concept of an accessory apartment (aka Granny Suite).

You can also search the LLC name on Google to find a phone number.The point I want to emphasize is that quantity is not necessarily the best thing when it comes to buyers.
