@Joe Miller makes sense the first would be the hardest as I will be figuring out how to work the platform and handle visitors.

What worked best for me was getting out of the office, driving around my town (picked up a map from the Visitor's Center, and marked off streets as I went down them), looking for run-down properties, calling listing agent's on signs, and quite honestly just going out making some noise.

I know Central Pennsylvania has a lot to offer for visitors however with the long winter months how will you maintain positive cash flow on this property? 

"ATTRACT More Organic Visitors" NOTE: Carrot sites pull in far more organic visitors than not just MP, but all of the other systems in the market combined as far as I know.

I know the mobile home next door to me was recently purchased by one of the residents here in the park, and she is going to be renting it to winter visitors, so I'm assuming it's legal, but I don't know that for sure.

I'm not sure if that's any better or worse from the perspective of tenants, visitors, or you as the owner.  

The female patients and visitors ALL had better nails than this hard working nurse and they all had had more expensive cell phones.Knowing I was taking care of them, while paying for their manicures (and health care) with my taxes, really contributed to my burn out.   

It is sad that 36 people in the US have died from Covid-19.However, "About 2.9 million Chinese visitors entered the United States in 2018, according to the National Trade and Tourism Office"That means about 241,700 Chinese visitors a month.

I can't really think of a better term that describes a D/F area where residents or visitors face significantly higher risk of violent crime.
