Recently I had a condensing unit stolen and the contractor ended up charging me $2100 just to replace it without replacing the coil since the whole HVAC was only 5 years old.

Just a bunch of small things added together $100 here and there... the AC stolen during rehab..

It's a bungalow and i normally do not buy bungalows, but i really liked this one.It came on the market for 60k. i offered 53 cash, it was a probate+bankruptcy (heir was going through bankrupcy at the time of the dad's death) sale, so they took it. 1 weeks before closing the copper pipe was stolen, so i got a $1,500 credit, which i took. so, the house came out to $51.500.

You make yourself more appealing (and won't get your leads stolen) by having your smokin' deals under contract!

Perhaps just a 'wholesaler' of stolen bank account details for a further "value add" scammer up the chain?

Buy a property at discount because the pool is in horrible condition, the pump was stolen and the wiring was stripped....

Lost thousands upon thousands in lost/stolen equipment, because we do contracting also.Have had a property broke into and the wires/electrical stripped 2 days before section 8 inspections.We invest in high distressed areas, so a lot of headaches come with that.

That's the most economical set up and cheaper to replace if stolen. 

Albert, we don't normally provide appliances Bc most tenants in the price ranges we sell already have them in many cases, it's not Bc they get stolen.
