I am helping some friends with their non-profit organization that provides a place for families to stay while visiting someone at the local university.

They are reasonable, down to earth, organized, professional, very fair, best HML I've used to date. 

I know the relationships between a real estate investor, their team and mentor should be organically established, and honestly I would not have it any other way.  

I have 1 more year until i'm on my way to start my "so-called" career in what I truly do have a passion for (Sports medicine).
