I'm sure I am jumping the gun getting excited here, but this got me thinking:Does anyone buy bigger multifamily properties that may or may not have a garage and remodel them into a duplex for bigger returns?

My wife and I are looking for a good contractor to do a remodel (Master Bath & Kitchen) in the New Tampa area. 

They did not re-position, remodel, or do any value-add.

If property management will handle the little things that that pop up then you don’t have to get something that’s been totally remodeled.

We completely remodeled the unit interiors w/ new appliances, counters, plumbing/lighting fixtures, doors w/ hardware, and vinyl plank flooring as well as installing new vinyl windows in every unit.

Being new to this, I was really naive and thought, ok, we can replace the windows, remodel the kitchen and bathroom, and resurface the hard wood floors.
