So far, the only experience I have in the real estate business is reading different web pages online, listening to the bigger pockets podcast, and helping my friend flip his house, so I am brand new. 

I found very few decent reviews on the web, so I really hope this starts a discussion that is beneficial to BiggerPockets and the REI community.

I was just reading on EPA's web site about the April 22, 2010 requirement that contractors working on pre-1978 housing will have to have EPA certification for lead remediation...http://www.epa.gov/lead/pubs/renovation.htmAre you guys doing anything to address that?

This web site is so successful that it is a double edged sword (It ranks high in google, so it is easy to find user information).I shudder to think about a lawyer being able to read your entire "gameplan/strategy" should any disaster occur b/c you asked this community for support.
