And I do like to flex my imagination muscle and practice my business planning skills.   

Tell the tenant who you are and how you would like to be paid Cosy, ACH, check etc. 

Or you can set up an ACH payment system like Venmo, PayPal, Zella, or any of the other online payment apps.

This software has some hidden fees in ACH transfers, which are charged to the property manager for every ACH transfer a total of $.50 and could be more depending on the days it takes to transfer.

Have them mail a check or money order, ACH, pay online, etc.
