As far as the AP I know they look it over for grammar alone but they ram those press releases through like and assembly line and their editors are mostly kids fresh from college who've just been exposed to the greatest authors in history, all of whom were the worst grammarians.

As far as going to such an extreme: Since I am my own agent, I am trying to expose my home to a large number of buyers and I don't think that it's wrong.Based on current market conditions in my area, Single Family homes do NOT sell in less than 60 days.

I must admit, I knew that some of my activities were likely to turn into a business relationship, for example, as a Commissioner of the Public Housing Authority, I was "exposed" to Realtors on a different level without anticipation of us doing business or any requirement to do so, but from that, a few sought me out to do transactions since they had met me in that capacity.
