It's very easy to add, delete, or change the status of a property.  

You can negotiate with some of the debt collection agencies for a settlement, in exchange for them deleting the tradeline, but you have to get something in writing, because you can't trust them. 

@Angela Pugh, you'll probably want to post these over in the Marketplace, that way everyone can see it and it won't get deleted.

No way NOT having a dishwasher is going to fly in our market...... could easily skip the garbage disposal but no way on the dishwasher delete.....

This is straight off the MLS (I posted a response to this thread before, but it got deleted on one of the site wipes).

After a month or two, I started receiving spam to those temporary e-mail addresses, so I deleted them.I hope this helps.

I would just delete this name from your list....always make sure you are cleaning your lists after each mailing.
