Unfortunately with China there's a large gap as from what I understand it is extremely difficult to source US-code-compliant materials within China, despite the fact they're all built there.

Oh, PS. gurus usually come back saying their methods are fully compliant, they have a room full of attorneys, everyone is fully informed, etc. .....
