We had desperately missed the Sierra Mountains and it's much more of the climate we're used to compared to KY. 

So I would recommend one of the following:1- Tell her you would like out of the lease due to the faulty climate control unit at no charge and find a new home.2- If you want the house as your own, then make an offer on buying it based on it's current condition.Just my 2 cents and good luck!

If you want simplicity and a cheaper lock but still want to generate codes remotely go for the RL2000 (or RL4000 for use in hardier climates).

First, it depends on the whether it's climate controlled on non-climate controlled.

Especially in the current climate, some restraint may be necessary when purchasing.We saw very few (1% or less) multifamily owners go under.

This was the first time I worked residential in my life, but I ended up REALLY enjoying it, and I look forward to being able to work on custom homes in the future, and spec'ing everything down to the doors, hardware, cabinets, finishes, and everything in between.The before and afters should hopefully speak for themselves as to the work that we performed; but what you can't see in the pictures are brand new wiring for the whole house, a two-zone hvac system to enable comfortable climate control between the upstairs and downstairs, heated floors in the master suite.

Our plan is to install ~600 indoor, climate controlled lockers.
