I'm incredibly knowledgeable on  styles of homes to the history of the home, I am fluent in English,Portuguese,Spanish, and I dabble a bit in Italian.

You can be a recently released felon with limited English, and still make money in real estate if you know what you are doing At the simplest level, you can make money in real estate by buying at one price and selling at a higher price. 

@J Scott  I would add...to the top of that list...find the flight school where they speak English.   

and as a fellow pilot we will definitely have to meet up and talk aviation.  

I also ANSWER my phone when ever possible even to say I have to call you back. then I do my work out and turn it off about 5 and then watch sports ( 49ers, Giants Warriors are my teams)  then check out BP and other things like aviation sites. ( avid pilot) and then fishing .. like to fish.Stop and smell the roses quarterly  IE take a nice trip somewhere Mexico..
