Have you ever encountered physical attributes of a property, ie number of steps that would make it hard to rent?

I attribute part of the delay trying to find someone to lease/option the home for $950 for first 5 weeks ... once I opened it up to a traditional renter I found someone within three weeks at $750, one year lease.

That the subject mobile home park has unique attributes that are shared with similar mobile home parks;c.

I'm a newer landlord(investor) and my primary concern is keeping my accounts organized so a bank where I can have an account for each property and then some sort of "sub-account" capability would be nice to have.Does anyone have any suggestions or other attributes I should look for?
