What are the best tools or Apps to leverage my marketing for wholesaling? 

Do you automatically send postcard if you are using DealMachine or similar type app when you find what appears to be distressed home?

Hello has anyone used the Tellus app for property mgmt?

Hi everyone, the last 8 years I mainly focused on a company I co-founded that developed mobile apps.

Here is the link Real Estate Tools I use the iPad version of the property evaluator App to model all my new and existing properties.

My wife still just uses the Redfin app on her phone and looks at it more frequently than I do so a lot of times she shares listings with me through Redfin before I see them on the MLS lol.   

Especially with so much of the Class C product being repositioned/renovated to a solid B or B+ class property.About 5 years ago we started to see more and more people use apps like Zillow, Hotpads, Tulia, etc.

Not sure how to PM via the phone app?

I explained we would need an app from her, background check, then we would sign a new lease with her name included.  

I'm looking for the easiest, reliable online program or software (free) and also any apps for IOS.
