Also, I'd align the structure with your goals. 

Look at it this way, if all the stars do align against you and none of the exit plans work so you fail and have to start over.

Each of these mentors will teach you the basics of multifamily investing but one will align more with you and your goals and values.  

You have to have trust and align on some of the same goals and the best way is just to be patient and talk with people until you develop that relationship.

Their mission may not be aligned with yours, if your trying to aggressively grow.
