would you recommend TT rent payment or ACH?

I am on the hunt for a rent collection software with the following features:-Sending out automatic rent reminders via text/email-One-time rent adjustments for prorated rents and special circumstances-Automatic rent adjustment for late payments-Ability to accept payments via ACH transfer or Card.

Tenant can use debit/credit card or ACH from their bank

Lovely looking homes but an A$$ ache when it comes to satisfying their requirements.Just my opinion and do your own research.Happy investing and much success

@Yashar FredBank ach; even if the bank doesn’t use zelle you can set it up to recur each month.

We offer 4 different payment methods to our tenants: Online ACH via our PM software (no charge) Deposit @ our bank ($3 charge) Credit Card ($5 + cc fees) Mail ($10 charge)Notice we charge a fee for the less desirable options to encourage the behavior we want:)

Like I said there is genuine intent to move, but without them publishing an extenuating circumstances list it could be hard to make the decision to say "oh jeeze I want to trap myself here for a year, unable to help members of my family who are struggling with rent" or "aw man my mom needs help with her medicine but HUD told me no" if taking in an additional family member is not a valid reason to move out of a homepath/HUD property.

Until you have physicians begin to change the way medicine is practiced (by force or voluntarily, likely by force), costs will continue to escalate.

We would use an online portal for ach payments.
