I did the 3 day mini bootcamp thing like 6-7 years ago.I agree that it won't do much for someone with more than a modicum of experience but if you are new you will learn some stuff and will get you hyped up.So back then I got some useful info out of it and they actually gave a pretty extensive amount of audio training and workbooks (Probably will give you a bunch of downloads now) too that were quite good.

No, I'm not mentoring here, just answering questions.I'm also keeping my eye out for similar books, not saying this is the greatest book but it is certainly more than sufficient and easy reading.When you get past this book, about a week and a half worth of studying and you understand real estate, then you can hit the guru junk and you can pick out the BS and hype from reality and what is usual and customary, what might be possible for you.
