They asked to install a wall-mount TV, and a gate on the patio so the kid could go out and be contained.

In my opinion, There’s no X number that you can plug in and be right all the time.

That is a beautiful mirror that you picked but in that size bathroom, get a wall mounted mirror cabinet with some storage; I'd go with something in the art deco style if you are keeping that green & black tile.

I have one property with two houses on it that I installed a 20Kw ground mount system on it years ago.

Hi-Mount is pretty nice too, and honestly the only area I would avoid is probably 47th Street or North Ave.
