Amazing resources at my finger tips.

Lots of options but I'm not a savvy landlord or RE investor, so my best bet is probably to preserve my credit, keep saving for a down on another property and cross my fingers that by the time I want to move we've hit just the right kind of market to get out without too many scars. :)

I've spent my entire life stretching, striving, and at times even jumping....always with the result of brushing the brass ring with the end of my fingers, but never being quite "good enough". 

I'm very familiar with the unit and building and am confident I can answer any questions about it.Find a tenant (fingers crossed) and send to the property manager for screening, reference checks, etc.Tenant signs lease (again, fingers crossed).

While I have lost the feelings in my finger tips. had my wrists lock up, ears burned and having claw marks on my ceiling, it's been great and look forward to greater things with all of the members.

Fingers crossed it all holds up, I hope all of my neighbors over there come out OK, too.
