Their body wash is great, smells good,  and the big bottles last a long time and are more environmentally friendly.

Issues like zoning, and environmental concerns can have a dramatic effect on what can be done with the land.Then you have to asses whether there is demand for the best purpose of that land.

Make the seller pay for it if they do not have a recent phase one especially if you think there is environmental issues.If you pay for it with a lender make sure you are added to the report for protections down the line.

That takes into consideration Zoning, environmental issues and demand for that type of property.

DWQ, Army Corp or any other environmental requirements or permits. 

And in the case of a Jiffy Lube, you may have major environmental issues to deal with after they leave.  

We won’t get that until we can refinance and buy another, hopefully in two years barring any environmental factor that slows us down.

If the MHP drinking water system meets the threshold to become a public water system but is off the radar of the States environmental agency then at some point usually by a customer complaint the environmental specialist would investigate and discover that the water system meets the threshold and it must be permitted as a public water system.
