I'll also check into doing a phase one.I think it is a dirty trick for the VA to do, and then use a loophole in the foreclosure exemption from normal seller's disclosure.Thanks again.

Hello Brent,One positive out of dodd-frank is it provided a weird loophole to that in effect encourages lenders to enter the portfolio loan space.

Those verifications you sign aren't based on a one time shot, they can be used later on to re-verify the representations made by a borrower, so I suggest you ask the bank how you can rather than taking loophole suggestions.

There are specific exemptions to DF, federally and at the` state level.I see Brian posted a link to an attorney who promotes loopholes again, so again, DF specifically mentions that any method or activity that may be employed to circumvent the intent of the law will be viewed as a covered activity.
