I will be more concerned about leasing to someone who racks up the utilities bills and don't want to pay.  

Everybody wants shiny, new, with big garage, not updated, wooden, 2/1, 3/2 and we have 4/2.5!

I have racked up $127K in losses that I received very little tax benefit from.6.

Try washing a door with Murphy's oil soap and see if it look more "new", or "new enough" to re-use, and maybe think about just working with the cherry or whatever color the manufacturer put on.Also if the cabinets are not luxury to start with, the finish probably won't make them so, as because as others have said, they lack the special slow close drawers, dovetails, special cabinets, wine rack, moldings, etc... 

No property management company yet, we bailed on the first house after the inspection came back with too many issues that could rack up high costs.

Most racking (roof attachments) that solar companies use are from manufactures that have been UL tested/certified.

They can actually crawl into wooden furniture joints but are much less prevalent.

Also, I know the first one is nerve racking, but the only way to overcome fear is action.

Then rack your numbers and refine your message. 

) I think most people are heading towards the internet for selling there house fast, my only problem is, its really going to rack up since my area is dfw etc, Its alot to learn but hopefully i can create some great ads that get some good traffic to my site which would also help me rank organicly over time!
