I know Central Pennsylvania has a lot to offer for visitors however with the long winter months how will you maintain positive cash flow on this property? 

My father-in-law lived in Dayton OH for 5 years so I have spent some time in that area too, just as a visitor.

I am just concerned members and visitors of BP will see GC, watch his videos, believe in his pitch, lay down tens of thousands of dollars (which most don't have) and be left up sh--ts creek without a paddle.

At first I thought that a ski resort would be a poor choice because of high vacancy in summer months, but apparently the resort manages to stay mostly booked year round with golf and mountain biking bringing in visitors in the warm months.
