I worry we as landlords are going to be liable if that data gets stolen?  

My question is, given that every property will likely have some periods of vacancy, how do you protect the outdoor AC unit from being stolen?

I drove by it and it was obviously broken into recently.. so  while it can be done... doesn't mean it's a good fit for everyone.Doing the 30K club is a shark tank, you either sink or swim, and ps. majority of people sink, people lose money, stuff gets stolen, bad screening will teach you about evictions,... definitely not for everyone!

How would they even know if something was stolen? 

Besides the constant noise, they churned the dirt road shoulders into mud pits and I'm pretty sure that my mail was stolen more than once.

Funny thing, is that while just a few things were inside the house, nothing was stolen and no inside damage besides the doors.The house was broken into before we moved in.
