I can go Home Equity Loan route: HEL would equate to roughly a $600 monthly payment (dependent on rates).

Also, Bigger Pockets is a great resource, and you will probably be able to find buyers on this site.

@Emran Chowdhury was more so wondering if it could be an option to scale and have cash flow on day one.

I checked out the website for my market area and they're only listing the large nationals on it (Bridge: EasyKnock, SFR:  Buyer, Roofstock, Renovation Buyer: HomeGo, Homevestors) and was curious if any agents in other markets have seen this or use zavvie's information in any way?

Hi Lane,My company is a direct lender and we specialize in lending/loans on vacant land.  

In full disclosure to both parties I let them know I am compensated at the end when the final product is realized and brought to market.If the deal comes together I always make sure the sellers have their own attorney in the mix to hold deposits and represent them on the sale.What I am finding is sellers are hiring their own brokers and paying them commissions for doing next to nothing. 

But since you are new and learning, don't decide on what it has to be.
