I passed for now, waiting to see if support gets pierced. 

Judges here are just not nice about that, in my experience.There will be zero hesitation or difficulty "piercing the corporate veil" in a place like Pittsburgh if you're a bad landlord.

It's still illegal and particularly enforced in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston counties.

Multiple attorneys have told me they can easily pierce an LLC so I just get extra liability on them vs trying to play the LLC game.

Money laundering investigators are all over this and regulations are changing, just like the Swiss bank accounts can be pierced to depositors now.Don't think I'd get involved in something that has intelligence people crawling all over it, I'd hate to get a call saying return the drug money, or the funds from some terrorist group.

As an officer of the company, you can still be sued personally and the corporate veil can easily be pierced.
