Here in PA a tenant isnt evicted until the day of the actual lockout but we still need to know if a landlord tenant complaint was ever filed, when it was filed, and what legal steps were taken from there.

I don't think I will ever fully retire but I plan to be doing less active work in the future, i.e. not focusing on writing new loans and not flipping.I am lucky that I can easily handle a down turn and be just fine if things soften even for an extended time but I still hope that doesn't happen.

The unfortunate reality is that the national average is around 28k for hairstylists.I own my own salon suite, and believe it or not it's the most money I've ever made in my career so going back to a traditional salon is not an option I plan to pursue.I was planning to so a small multifamily (duplex or triplex), live in one side and rent the other out (my boyfriend would also be paying me rent as well).There is no shame in what you earn!

I want to help people if they succeed I succeeded, the more people that I do the more it’ll pay me back in terms of how the network works if somebody can afford a probably give me a call because I help them out, etc. etc. so just be quiet and stay in your lane because people like trolls just stay in bed  I’m trying to be kind to people who want to get into this business and I don’t wanna die for anybody ever.
