:Glassblowing (well, actually flameworking), here I use a propane / oxygen / compressed air mix and a German torch to heat up rods of glass in to a molten state, mix them around a bit, and have lots of fun.

If you are willing to pay what they are asking, or really close to that amount, you might get to a good purchase.When you don't come close enough to their asking price, they know the MLS will expose the property to a far wider sample of potential buyers, and they hope to find somebody that way to pay close to asking.Don't overpay just to buy this way.

Nowhere else are consumers more exposed to double-taxation, usurous fees and the like to access their own funds.As it applies to our society, and RE as well, shifting from debt to production as a greater share of GDP is going to be key.
