How does the market looks like nowadays ?

Nowadays with social media the way it is, I do not need happy sellers turning into trolls. 

Leaning into providing housing seems like such an easier pitch nowadays rather than another vacation rental.

Google Bathtub repair companies in your area and there are companies that will come out and fix it.Just realize that the cost is going to be 1/2 - 2/3 the price to just put a new tub in....Its like a broken appliance nowadays, are you just better off replacing it. 

Unfortunately not everyone is as they seem on paper nowadays also they came into some bad luck and we worked with them on payment plans.
