Any suggestions to establish electronic or auto rent payments etc? 

I plan to put electronic locks on both doors to allow scheduled repair/maintenance entry. 

@Deborah Repaskey If your tenants use the internet, and you don't have enough units to justify using a cloud based system to manage your rentals, you could upload the application into docusign and have them fill it out and electronically sign it.

My other option would be for him to mail me the checks.But in this day and age, I'm curious as to if there would be other methods for my property manager to get me my rent electronically in a safe manner. 

My strong preference these days is to send documents electronically via DocuSign.

They can be canceled by the tenant at any point as well.Money Orders/Cashiers Check: These are considered safer than personal checks because you need to use verified funds to purchase them, however, although it's harder they can still be canceled before you deposit them and they are a burden for the tenant to get and for you to electronically deposit through most bank apps, which means you have to take a trip to the bank.

Fast forward to today: Milwaukee has been in the news lately quite a bit - Foxconn (one of the largest manufacturers of consumer electronics with 1.3 million employees) has announced a 10 billion dollar investment in a new plant creating  up too 13.000 well paying jobs in Southeast Wiscinsin, probably Racine or Kenosha - close to the lake.

Can I view the home myself and can they submit an offer to to the seller electronically?
