Hi @Alens Fasti, are you planning to start your own brokerage, register with the MLS, pay the fees, do all of the paperwork and become your own designated broker?

I know what it's like to have buyers flake out, but have not experienced anything like this.I would suggest you go to your broker and get in touch with office manager or designated broker and see what can be done for you. 

This is when they applied new blanketed zoning designations to thousands of existing properties, making many of them "non-conforming" to their new zoning designation.  

In my personal experience, I've only had positive responses when I've told people about my REI business.I was a renter myself for most of my adult life.

I give them a very good idea of what I want and then they produce a few design options.

Those shows are designed to ENTERTAIN and get as many people to watch as possible to sell TV ads.

How many total mailings should I send to each owner (I'm thinking 6 feels right)Should I design one or two other postcard templates so they are not getting the exact same postcard over and over?

Don't make the mistake of thinking that flipping a house is all about the mechanical aspect- it's as much about the logistics, people management, design, and marketing.
