If so those are not load bearing nor structural, and most likely does not require a permit unless there was electrical wiring or plumbing  that ran inside of it that has been deleted or relocated.But check with your city to make sure.

You can negotiate with some of the debt collection agencies for a settlement, in exchange for them deleting the tradeline, but you have to get something in writing, because you can't trust them.
