Haha.I had two one just passed mean cuss.. the one I have now though  ( his name is CASH) is a sweet heart.. takes a bunch for him to nip and he has a full set of teeth so that would hurt.. but he wont bite like the other one..

I think at the heart of all this discontent is the cultural drive of the work force to demand more hours, more availability, more productivity etc. which, as @Jim K. alluded to, is turning once enthusiastic workers to become disheartened and burned out by the increasing demands placed upon them.   

Right now we're suing the contractor without expecting for too much out of it.The important thing here is the lesson and the most important lessons are the ones that heart in our pocket.

If that's the case, yes, they're jerks and their agent is unethical...but only an attorney can tell you if it's worth pursuing.Then again, I flip-flop and think, well, I do have a heart and if the deal is with a widower or someone who seems to really NEED that money I'd be tempted to let it go...l would only know what to do after you getting in a room with EVERYONE involved and just hearing them out.

Out of state you are putting all your money in a market you are not familiar with, where you will give up almost complete control over your investment, and will be 100% reliant on the kindness of strangers to keep your best financial interests at heart and make or break your investment for you.

The anxious feeling I get makes me want to get the ball rolling right now but I know In my heart and mind for this to work I have to build the right path for things to roll smoothly and efficiently.

But it’s not for the faint of heart.  

He isn't local (he's in Fort Worth) but I've done all my loans through him because he has the heart of a teacher and is patient with me when I ask lots of questions.
