They are a contradiction to what you would expect of the movement.The cultural desire to have everything for nothing may be your biggest hurdle.

Basically what I'm looking for are the countries that would be the easiest to get started in, I'm not fluent in Spanish but I have basic proficiency and I'm comfortable enough I think with the cultures in the countries I've been to where I'm able to see myself doing this but I have never dealt with anything like this before in terms of investing in a country so I'm a little lost as to how to evaluate one country against another.I've narrowed it down to Mexico, Central America, Caribbean or Colombia.

I worry sometimes folks that are paying attention or reviewing things on a quarter is behind the curve in an Amazon culture of I need it now. 

Austin is not an easy cash flow market, but overall it has strong economic growth, population growth, and cultural strengths to power it for decades to come.

@Rebecca Oliver - Every town is going to be different, have its own culture, and its own level of adaptability to growth/change.

The change we need in each community will only happen at the local level by locals working closely with the cities to design and develop sustainable solutions to systemic problems like workforce/affordable housing, new work / biz culture, new experience based retail/commercial areas, etc. 

You can get a feel for the local culture and attractions, which can be valuable when marketing your rental properties.🍃 Networking Opportunities: The last quarter often brings real estate events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Met few expats and learned about the art and culture scene in San Miguel. 

A whole family is each bedroom is acceptable in many cultures. 

Tenant dynamics - There can be cultural considerations that many may not realize; which complicates essentially everything.
