I suppose the climate has changed but I think there is still so much opportunity here, buy and hold may not be the best strategy for the deals out here but then again if you BRRRR out you can still find great deals if you have some liquid for the rehabs and closing.

My girlfriend and I are house hacking so living expenses are basically nothing at this time.The Austin market is hot hot hot right now so I've been looking in San Antonio and have started checking out the local REIA meetings there; it seems like a much friendlier climate from an investment standpoint.So, in short my dilemma is...what's the first move?
