I will figure there will be 6 people living there and a lot of "visitors".

The state has experienced substantial population growth and that has led to many new visitors and property owners in our beach communities.

We do get some visitors for the summer cool weather, fall Elk hunting and winter snow seekers.

You just pay them per visit or something. 

I do want to point out a very important benefit of the area here: It is one of the few beach areas that are within driving distance for many visitors from the Southern and Midwestern states.

The developers say that the retail theme park will attract 40 million visitors per year( they are going to have to sleep somewhere - can you say short term rentals bonanza!)

Also throwing this in the discussion for any visitors who are looking for creative solutions-- Jim, if you get the note reperforming, you could hypothecate it by using it to collateralize a loan or just sell off a partial of the modified loan for a return of capital.

My father-in-law lived in Dayton OH for 5 years so I have spent some time in that area too, just as a visitor.
