With all the design options that are available, and the wide variation of costs associated with all the different products and materials that can be used to complete a rehab, it is not reasonable to expect an accurate repair estimate without knowing exactly what a particular rehabber thinks must be done to make the house market ready; including product quality and grade.

Be sure to check for name variations as well.

I'd be hard pressed to answer that question for Illinois real estate, but I have a sense for what plays out in the Bay Area and SoCal.It'll be variations of stuff like that, but local to where you are buying real estate.  

There are a number of tax advantages associated with perminent life insurance and many variations on defferred compensation plans.

I give a range of ARV since there is lots of variation in the area, both in seasonality, and block to block.

Residential contracts are the same form but a little more variation exists. 

If you knew our Colorado contracts, you'd know there is room for variation.

Or some variation on this.  

Especially for tree removal, I have gotten quotes in the past and seen $1000 variation in price.
