I'm mostly interested in the Sugar Land/southwest Houston area.  

For starters I'll tag a few words to see if I can stir up some local professionals in Southwest Florida / SWFL. 

Values continue to go up steadily and there are some cool neighborhoods directly south and southwest of the neighborhood.  

We've seen a higher vacancy ratio in the West Philly area which makes us a little concerned as well as the condition of some of the neighborhoods in West/Southwest Philly but we spoke to a cop who said that the areas are cleaning up. 

I put the outdoor patio and roof deck facing southwest so that you can capture nice natural lighting.

You want to stay away from the Schuylkill ave neighborhood and the south southwest / south area.

If you look at where my husband and I live we have multiple military bases (Naval Station Norfolk, Naval Support Activity Norfolk, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Fort Story, Naval Air Station Oceanna, Damneck Training Facility, Naval Support Activity Southwest, Norfok Naval shipyard, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, DOD Complex Suffolk, Fort Monroe, Langley Air Force Base, Fort Eustis, and Naval Weapons Station Yorktown) where we have a constant turn over.  

The more expensive parts of Bakersfield (the Southwest and Northwest sides of town) tend to have the lowest cap rates and cash flows.  

Just discovered my deck has termites.Can someone suggest an exterminator in the Joliet, IL / Southwest Suburban area?
