You need to find out everything about the culture of the college/university you want to invest in: What are typical student housing rates?

Im not too sure if thats a universal way of estimating, some go by length of wire needed, etc..thats just a base line, alot of people use that here in florida, but thats even on the high end, if you use that formula with the $248, its highly unlikely for the actual estimate to be higher!
