yes it just one of the little things the wholesaler mailer and guru companies do that bugs me and is reinforced on BP.you take some one who is already financially strapped talked them into spending their last 3k on direct mail.. or worse put it on credit cards.. then they have NO skills to follow up or close.. no training in sales .. no phone skills etc etc..

One we bought last year, major foundation issues, two sidewalls in the garage had to be totally replaced, front and rear walls were strapped with Fortress Stabilization System, cost me 14,000.
